1. How do I place an order?

You may place an order online right here at SFR and once we have received your order (s), we will be liaising with you to confirm your pieces, sizes, styles and prices.

You will receive an acknowledgement reply via e‐mail by us, and payment information too. 

2. How long is delivery period?

(1) For Standard Deliveries

For items with stocks

For orders with stocks within Singapore, you will receive the item (s) within 7 working days. For orders outside of Singapore, you will receive the item (s) within 14 working days, depending on the location.

For made-to-measure items

For pre-order items, you will receive the item (s) within 4-5 weeks. For orders outside Singapore, you will receive the item (s) within 1.5-2 months, depending on the location. We will communicate with you once we have received your orders.

(2) For Express Deliveries

Should you like to receive the item(s) faster, kindly add in the remarks column when you check out, to inform us how many days instead or by when you require the item (s) to be delivered to you. Extra surcharge applies and we will quote you accordingly. Only once you have confirmed paying for the extra surcharge via e‐mail, would we bill you for this service.

3. How much is Delivery Fee?

Delivery fee within Singapore is chargeable based on the quantities you order from us. We will quote you before you pay, so do not worry.

It ranges from S$3 to S$20 depending on the quantities of products you order.

Delivery ranges from S$3 to S$20, depending on the amount of items needed. We will quote you on delivery too after confirming the stocks/ purchase pls.

As a guide, delivery of 1 to 2 masks is S$3, while 3 to 5 masks is S$4. Vest is S$5, while laptop bag is S$6. You may also arrange for self-pick up as you order from us too.

4. Will I be able to refund the item(s) after purchase?

You cannot refund the item (s) after purchase, but you can exchange for another piece of similar priced or lower price than the one you bought. We will not refund the difference in money when this happens. We will not pay for delivery cost from you to us and vice versa regarding this.

When such a situation happens, we will liaise over e‐mail once we receive your feedback and resolve the issue/ request, then you can send us the money over PayPal in the system. We will notify you the steps of doing this when it happens.

5. Will I be able to exchange the piece (s) after I have purchased?

The grace period for any exchange is 3 working days from the date of purchase, subject to availability of stocks and terms from each designer. Should you like to exchange for an item above your original price, you have to top up the difference. You can exchange item (s) of the same value price. However, you cannot exchange for item (s) lower priced than the one you bought.

For exchange, you will have to pay for delivery cost both ways. A quote will be given to you on the charges for delivery, so that you can transfer the amount before we do an exchange, upon receiving your original piece.
