Singapore Fashion Runway launches our limited edition NDP-Samsui Women (红头巾) collection. Inspired by the Samsui women (红头巾), who refers to a group of Chinese immigrants who came to Malaya and Singapore between the 1920s and 1940s in search of construction and industrial jobs, their hard work contributed to the development of Singapore today.
As we grow as a nation, let us not forget those who strive for us, to make us who we are today. This mask design is proudly presented to you by our youths with special needs and our Singapore Fashion Runway designers.
